Daniel Maysinovich
My vision is to bring experience and joy to people through real estate and creativity. I have a passion for solving problems in creative ways and thinking outside the box. With 12+ years of construction experience from general contracting, estimating and project management, I understand it takes trust and cooperation from the whole team to be successful. I started residential wholesaling in 2016 and am now focusing on long term holds and acquisitions. I want everyone who is apart of my team or community to feel the same joy I feel when a project is complete and appreciate the beauty and complexities of the process.
Sergiy Ovsyychuk
I bring over 5 years of expertise in heavy civil and commercial construction, where I've contributed to transforming urban landscapes and constructing impactful commercial projects. Additionally, my 3+ years in residential construction have been dedicated to crafting dream homes, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards. As a specialist in multi-family investment, I focus on building strong investor relationships and excel in the rigorous underwriting process. My passion lies in turning ideas into reality, whether it's through groundbreaking construction projects or strategic real estate investments.
